A heavy duty cast iron rack & pinnion action, cord operated, opener for top hung outward opening Skylights.
 
 To suit normal pitch roofs with approximately 37 degrees of angle or greater. NOT suitable for flat or very shallow pitch roofs.
 
 Black powder coated finish.
 
 Requires 'C' or 'D' thickness endless cord to operate.
 
 ** NOT suitable for 'Velux' or similar type windows **
