Proxxon TB50 Table Belt Sander 230v

Everything you want from a stationary belt sander in a small precise form with extra versatility. The plane-milled die-cast aluminium table is 210 x 145mm offering plenty of support for small work pieces. The table has a mitre slot for the mitre fence allowing you to sand at exact angles. A scale with and a locking knob enable you to angle the belt from 0° to 90°, allowing you to use the belt vertically or flat and anywhere in between. When used flat the mitre fence becomes a stop.

The TB50 is powered by a balanced DC-motor with a no-volt release switch. The belts are 50 x 533mm and run at 400m/min for fast and highly effective sanding. Belt changes are easy thanks to the spring loaded rollers, which also feature fine adjustment for belt tracking. The well designed dust hood is highly effective when connected to a suitable vacuum for extraction.

The compact design means you can stow the TB50 easily after its work is done.

Highly effective dust extraction: Thanks to the net sanding belt and the perforated sanding support dust is already extracted where it is produced.
