PROXXON Battery-Powered Cordless Industrial Straight Grinder Kit LGS/A

The Proxxon IGS/A industrial straight grinder draws power from a 10.8V (2.6Ah) L-ion battery giving you performance easily comparable to its mains-powered cousin. Built to last; the gear head is die-cast aluminium and the main body housing is glass-fibre reinforced POLYAMIDE. The soft grip insert offers comfort and improves control.

The IGS/A features a continuously variable speed control (1,500 - 4,200 rpm) with a special balanced DC motor giving plenty of power at low speeds. The specifications and features mean this tool can be used for a myriad of tasks such as brushing, grinding, frosting, deburring, paint stripping and more. The compact design and lightweight (970g) make the IGS/A very easy to handle compared to standard size grinders. It comes with an industrial keyed drill chuck with a capacity from 0.5 to 6.5mm.

The IGS/A is supplied with a 10.8V (2.6Ah) L-ion battery Li/A2, a rapid battery charger LG/A2 and a 50mm diameter wire brush. All contained in a tough, high-grade polypropylene storage case.
