'Bommer' DOUBLE Action Spring Hinges

Description

Double action 'Bommer' spring hinges. Sometimes referred to as 'Bomber' hinges!

Adjustable spring tension. Supplied with full fitting instructions. 3 hinges per door recommended.

Used on double action doors, these uncontrolled spring hinges will return the door leaf to its central closed postion but may swing back and forth as they settle down. Commonly used on busy two-way traffic doors in commercial kitchens, factories etc,

Available in mild steel material in Bright Zinc Plated (ZP), Electro-Brass Plated (EB) plated/applied finishes.

Also available in Grade 304 self-colour Solid Stainless Steel (SS) for situations where corrosion resistance is a consideration such as coastal locations, external locations, laboratories etc.

Load capacity indicated is PER 3 HINGES. Door thickness can be increased if the knuckles are cut-in to the door edges slightly. Knuckle diameter is 21mm.

The hinge size is measured over the flap, not the knuckle.
